If you've got the time and patience I think you're doing it the better way, plus it would likely have ended up as a breaker if you'd bought a mint one so think of yourself as a saviour Wink

I spent a while looking for cyclones and £200 seems the going rate for a mint set with decent tyres. Like you say, its £200 at most places to have them refurbed and new tyres are another £150-200!

I was lucky with mine and picked up some fresh refurbs with 4 mint tyres (2 hankooks and 2 budgets) for £133 but only 'cause they were badly advertised and I took a punt!
