Don't buy anything from a place that says "DUAL CORE 2X 2.4GHZ = 4.8GHZ!!!1111oneone" that's like saying you've got two engines that do 6000rpm therefore it's now 12000rpm!!!
Or as an easier one to digest, you've got two cars doing 100mph, therefore you've got a 200mph car!!! It makes no sense.
I'd be looking at HP Business Line machines like the HP Probooks or the last of the HP NC series - I like them a lot to be honest, Lenovo these days sadly are living on the reputation of the IBM Thinkpad - they do a few good machines, but the vast majority of the cheap ones are crap.
Dell Latitude are OK - but cheaply made tbh...
