Is the lift pump running when you turn the ign on? Got a power feed to the pump? Is the battery fully charged?
If the answer to those is yes, then you need to get it on diags, or at least get the fault codes. I don't know you'll be able see the injector pulses with a volt meter, need a scope really. Don't try turning it over with any of the injectors unplugged, else you'll risk frying the ecu.
