That wouldnt work as the ford centre bore is smaller than the pug one ? pug being 65.1 and ford being 63.4
It would however if you were fitting pug wheels to a Ford as the centre bore is larger you would need to take up the slack.
You won't need spigot rings, you will need the hubcentric adaptors that are also spacers that allow ford wheels on to pug to allow for the smaller ford centre bore.
