Had a go at removing the FPR after work but it's not happening I'm afraid - the two torx screws are rusted solid so no way that they're coming out with the limited access that you've got without removing the HP pump or stripping off half the front of the engine.

Steering wheel I'm keeping for the dogbasket, but if the one from that is better than yours then you're welcome to it.
Gearknob I'll add to your list of bits, and I've not heard anything back from the guy that wanted the bump strips. They're all good with no lacquer peel.
The doors have been dynamat'd by the previous owner so the original membranes aren't there.
