Dust caps?

Well that was too easy, if you look at the blu dice at the back you can see the valve cap sticking out and if you look at middle white one you can jsut make out the hole i have drilled.

Lots of dice, as im sure people will nick them and need replacements, they are cheap enough.

Nice one on the cage, bit annoying if it's not tall enough though. Could you put some spacers in to raise it up but using longer bolts? Not sure if there are any safety implications with that though...

The cage is the maximum it can be with the hardtop on unless it was to be made to sit further forward which then there would be the chance oh head butting the side bars
