Try taking say £15 to the pub so you can only have so many drinks

Just got to say no when people offer you pints hard I know, free pint and all

I used to be bad, go town twice a week and pub at weekend but after realising how much money I was literally pissing up the wall I stopped going and went pub now and again

I like a nice cold beer after a Long days graft but apart from a can every now and again I don't bother

You've gave up fags you can give up or atleast cut down on the alcohol
