Ok with the battery, you will need something fairly chunky. I would recommend going to a scrappy and ripping the battery wiring out of a old BMW 3 series as these have the battery in the boot. This is ideal. Need to make sure that battery is secured and all wire joints are secure. Loose connections could cause odd problems and damage later down the line.
With the fans, what wiring have you got? Just the wiring up to the plug in the fan cowling? It depends If you just want them on a switch or want them automatically controlled.
