Friday - Furiously masturbating most of the afternoon till i fall back asleep then get up at 8pm to go to work.

Saturday - Finish work at 7am go and marshal the Aylesbury Parkrun as I'll be too tired for running then sleep all day before another night shift

Sunday - Finish work at 7am MY WEEKEND STARTS HERE!!! (more furious masturbation)
