Just be careful when you test it, cos you could spool the turbo well past its recommend psi and the turbo shit it's self, I don't want you coming back saying I've made your turbo explode 
be nice to see if you get boost up tho now if the chemical metal holds, I've used it on all sorts off stuff with out issue used it on a heater matrix pipe once when it pressurised that much it popped and it solved the issue 
so should hold the wastegate arm.
Just be careful with your right foot when testing it!
