Few things done on this. First up was a diesel leak, which seems to have been solved by new leak offs. Also changed the thermostat, although it had just been done... But it was apparently a cheap shit one.

Then I needed to do something with the expansion bottle, as the cable ties weren't really cutting it. It has a phase 2 rad so there was nowhere to mount the bracket, so with a lot of adjustment with a Dremel:





(Plus a lot more after this and some holes drilled)



More secure at least. Now just need to stop my airbox from being cable tied in...

Not just the disgusting-ness of the old one, then new one is completely wrong... So I now have the correct one to be fitted tomorrow.
