I have 2 x phase 3 Clarion CD players which were in phase 2/3 306's they came with either tape or cd depending on spec iirc. Can have them free if picked up. Neither have radio codes but codes can be purchased for a small price from some places online using serial number of player I think. Dunno if this helps.
