Pretty sure that video was still VE pumped, infact i know it was because you can hear it smashing the gov.
Literally all you need to do to these motors is put a big blower on them, and crank the pump, the engines are BULLET proof, we thro 40psi down its neck with no cooler all day long around a field running on 100% used engine oil, and it didnt give a crap, i even dropped the cambelt one day, bent every push rod in the motor, 10 mins dropped new pushrods in it, and it ran like brand new!
