Driveshaft bearing

CV will only really make noise on full lock, that far more likely to be the driveshaft bearing. it will have shattered like wheel bearings do

From experience it only takes a small turn to get a CV knock...but does depend how bad it is....and that sounds pretty bad lol.


To fit the new bearing it needs to be heated with a blowtorch and pushed on the shaft, as it cools it contracts again and 'locks' onto the shaft.
