I'm having a very similar issue, to the point where i don't really want to put anything in the boot, as it just gets ruined! Thought i'd solved it when i used some silicone sealant on the light, but to no avail. And no, the cluster isnt full either, there is only some mild condensation in there. I'm thinking possibly boot seal?
