Thanks for your input darren. haven't got a video atm as always work and it's dark by the time I come out.

im back to thinking there is air in the system now just not sure where

If i put my foot flat to the floor there is no power but raise the pedal to 1/4 way it picks up nicely

also i went to put some diesel in earlier and as i undid the fuel cap i heard a pssssssssh (like air escaping)
