It sounds as though you get paid as well as getting the cottage to live in - is that the case?
I realise it sounds a nice position to be in, and yes it is, but when are giving more than we asked for already, mainly due to what a nice job it is, and then constantly treated and talked to like we a servants and warned that we need to do more for nothing...does that not seem a bit unfair?
and all the work we are putting into this cottage is for our benefit in the short run, but is also saving them money and improving the value of it for them in the long run. Dont forget we are also basically on call 24/7 if they need us.
if your boss/bosses asked you to do overtime everyweek but for nothing, would you be ok wit that?
