Super4s wont make any difference.

Just realised you have the issue with your brakes...I would put good money on these issues being connected...

Binding brakes would reduce mpgs

However your journeys are the worst possible journeys for good mpgs...so short I bet the car hasnt got warm by time you have stopped...cold engine = poor mpgs

Wishes for more power...
