Blue fog lights

Im talking about any lights though...so foglights are technically an option as not fitted to every vehicle...but in simple terms if its fitted to your car then it needs to function correctly
has anyone noticed this new thing with single foglights coming on when a car indicates left or right/slows? Wishes for more power...
