In the unlikely event that there is one....its usually full of old people. And with the recent weather, people that think 'light rain' means 29mph and brake hard for every corner.
Fuel prices and other people ruin driving tbh, haven't 'just' been for a drive for a long while because of that!

29mph is just throwing fuel away. I prefer a constant 42mph, much better for mpg.
