It feels like I'm banging my head against a brick wall here, are you still not getting that you're potentially buying the wrong bolts?

IIRC cyclone bolts fit with challengers (its the same flat seat and wheel thickness) so 20mm on a cyclone bolt is 57mm but cyclone bolts don't go all the way into the hub so 60mm bolts

Id be willing to bet that his 45mm bolts with 10mm spacers have only been going in about 4 turns

The bolts might well fit but then the thickness of the alloy could be greater on the challengers, hence me saying to just ignore cyclones and measure the standard bolts which should be used with the challengers Smile
