Totally agree even when 'losing weight' make sure your not just doing cardio etc weights for all body parts are so important otherwise because your burning more calories that your consuming you can start attacking the placid muscles but if you hit the muscle it prevents this and therefore overall gain muscle definition comes from under burnt fats
