I've been told by my doctor to get a gym membership...no, not because I'm fat
But because I've injured myself at football again due to a preexisting back problem, so looks like I need to start going to the gym to strengthen my core muscles and use that to keep fit instead of running or football. I guess the amount I pay for football a month is pretty damn close to what I'd pay for a gym membership so it's not all bad.
