im 25, 4yrs ncb, all mods declared, 175bhp limit with brentacre for around £400

That's the cheapest I've ever had. I think my postcode is rated an E, so one away from being the worst.

I paid £144 for the year on that moped with 1 years ncd while I know people who pay £60 for a year on them...hell I know people who pay £98 a year to insure an aircooled beetle ffs.
