Hmmn, hope they haven't done any damage by refilling it with cold water.
I try not to leave my cars whenever they go for MOT. Being the enthusiastic motorist that I am I prefer to stay with the vehicle. That being said, my MOT tester is an absolute legend and takes twice as much care when he sees that you care for your car.
I do always feel like i'm about to sit an exam though when the car goes in, even though they're normally fine.
