The rating is mostly for it's 'gel point' which is the temperature at which it turns from an oil into a jelly like substance - and when your car won't start.

I think there's slightly more energy in rapeseed oil as well, so maybe abit more poke.

Either way it's still slower than running on Dino, but then you're not buying it for performance you're buying it to save some dosh.
