Right! Storage issue problem
We have a school based network (so lots of mundane boring security stuff, such as a proxy) We all have laptops.
We get a pathetic 120Gb of network storage (we are talking about a science department with 12 teachers and 1500 students) The network person said NO to anymore storage, and refuses to budge, ignoring emails from plebs like me and the Assistant headteacher!
We have a VLE in place, but each single file has to be uploaded separately (VERY time consuming)
We've thought of a regular portable HDD, but thats a lot of plugging and unplugging, and copying to and from in situ
What we need is a cheapish web based storage solution, or a network based HDD solution that wont clash with the existing network and its (not really) sophisticated security. Can anyone help
