Wanted standard exhaust, swap for stainless cat back

Basically looking to revert back to a standard exhaust on the gti, currently have a 3" stainless cat back , I think it's a custom made magnex or early power flow , it sounds quite good on the car but I'd rather have something quieter and more inconspicuous , so want to swap for standard exhaust in average / good condition, preferably with a cat included ,

Edit* could also swap for Bosch pump , lines and injectors for a derv if more suited to anyone's need/ wants
