turbo rebuild issue
#1
long story, in a much shorter way...

the turbo rebuild has gone very nicely. all I was taught many year ago came flooding back...not...but I revisited some old work books and did some checking and all has gone well...

until...I went to fit my clean and shiny compressor housing and it fouls on the compressor wheel.

I have stripped it down and double check all the thicknesses and sizes of all the replacement parts and they match the originals.

Retried and got exactly the same result?! Confused Huh

Im off to have a cupaT and shut eye as its doing me head in...but any advice appreciated. Blush
Wishes for more power...
