All 3 door HDi's are DTurbos. But not not all HDi DTurbo's are 3 doors.
When they were new I guess people would prefer the comfort option of the meridian if they were buying a 5 door, or the cheapness of the LX, which is why they're aren't many 5 door DTurbo's about now.
