Yeah from what I looked on eGay quickly, Facom and Teng were really expensive, those Bahco ones seem the best value; unfortunately they are not all chrome like the Halfords ones though that doesn't appeal to some tastes:p The thing is, Halfords has the lifetime warranty but I have heard of their torx bits snapping as reported on other threads, the thing you've got to ask is, are the other tools likely to break or not? It could be that they are just that bit better quality and that you would never need to replace them as you might with Halfords stuff, but it's impossible to tell. There is also this huge yank made tool set which I have been aware of for quite awhile:
