Extracting snapped wheel bolts?

Saying as it needs a wheel bearing take the stub out, you'll probably be fit to get an extractor on the back of the studs and screw them out, you could also drill out the stud as big as you can go without taking the threads out, and finish it of with a tap, 306 has and odd thread size though iirc.
