Well, im told its the peugeot bullitin fix. The Tps suffers with Interferience, within the loom, due to it opperating on low amperage control signals. The MAF, being a very noisey bit of electrical kit, bleeds over on to it, hence the fact they advise you to earth it to the body, as in standard form, it shares earth with the TPS. Then after, if the TPS continues to throw fault codes, they say use two single core sheilded cables, solder each respectivley to spliced ends of the TPS connector (signal control wires) route either along the outside of the loom, or under battery tray, and cut opening in multi plug ecu sleeving, feed through, locate two wires at ecu plug end (after opening it up lol) splice and solder. So im told, thats the fix, but personally, id also consider using either silicon gel, or Araldite in the ecu multi plug, because in experience, if theres emf floating around, its going to be in there. Sorry about the long winded speech lol. :-)
