Just been gym today, ended up chucking in the toilets haha! Does that mean I overdone it?
Done 25 mins rowing, then arms and legs and abs, 4 sets of 8 on each, another 20 cycling and then 4 lengths in the pool.
Thinking the pools water pressure may have done something?
