Which kit Jordan? Is it the one with plastic clips? Mine is the one with metal clips, its a few years old and takes abuse well! It's been thrown around in my boot for most of that time too.

Mines metal clips but a different internal layout than pictured above.

First off the metal catches fell off, then the hinges snapped, now the actual case has loads of cracks

Oh dear! Mine is the much smaller set (70 piece or something) so maybe the larger ones can't take the extra weight.... Cos you really can't be more heavy handed than I am lol.
