ground lda advice.

What sort of difference Does a ground pin make? I've already removed the little washer and turned the pin. Made noticeable gain. Am I right in thinking a ground pin allows more fuel on boost without the need for so much adjustment on the max fuel screw?
Someone explain please thanks |
