yeh Im lanky git...difficult cycle...i weigh nothing and have back issues and a SUPER fast metab'....desperate to put weight on but its not easy. Powders have helped but not massively. trying a lot of resistance work to avoid strain, just very slow progress

Please don't quote me on this as I'm looking at a poor picture...but bottom pic, it would seem that the water jacket on the far left is starting to go and maybe the oil covered other end? But I guess mainly age
