leaking manifold?

You dont have to drill notch the manifold mate, well you can but the way i did it was put the boot from the turbo into the plate and chop the bolt flush with the plate so its flat for the manifold to bolt on buddy,

I used some industrial sealant ma mate had in the garage but only a slither as the gasket should work well

That's what we're going to do, bolts will be tiny though but I guess as long as all the thread is holding it's ok.

We're going to use sealant with the gasket but I agree that stuff is a bastard to get through. Also need some different circlip pliers as just tried the ones I bought this morning and they started bending.
