Couldnt really tell you tbh it depends if its showing signs of leaking oil or not. I changed mine within a week but I soon stopped taking it to a certain boost level. This was mine after a week

obviously the t25 is and older turbo than a tdo4 luckily mine was leaking in the hotside and not the cold side you may be able to get your head in the wheel arch and check condition of the fins. But for sake of a few hours can check the turbo and sort the potential gasket leaks all in one go
