Do you still currently train for basketball ash? If so sack the idea in now, expect to pick up injuries with that sort of sport.
I did aiki-ju-jitsu for 3 months, then had to stop as i too many people were breaking arms/legs and couldnt afford to risk it with a manual job.
If you're after fitness why not consider the likes of Karate, Kung Fu, TKD, CKD, Judo, Kendo, Ninjutsu... The list goes on. Get out there with an open mind, go to classes of different arts and see what appeals to you, dont just settle on the first one you go and see...
