But I am doing the 'Big Bike Challenge' in aid of Rainbows Childrens Hospice. The Challenge will be May this year and is a 140 mile bike ride spread over four days. The route starts in Cannock before winding over the Welsh mountains and ending in Aberystwyth.
The route's a bit of a killer:
I know some of you might not know me, but some of you do. If you could spare anything, even if it's just £1 it'd be very much appreciated and would go to an excellent cause.
