Anyway, update on the courier situation. Contacted Hermes earlier and they have no record of the parcel at all!

I wrote a very apologetic E-mail to the should-be recipient of the light cluster, explaining the situation, saying that I would endevour to locate the parcel and if not, would refund his money.

Heres the reply I got:

Hi Tom,

Thanks for your contact and explaining the situation, however, I am pleased to say that the item has already arrived (yesterday) so guess it must have been picked up and delivered fine. Let me know if you need any more info to help you work out what happened but otherwise, it all looks fine to me so thanks very much!

So its been delivered! No idea how with no records of it...but he seems happy with it!
