Its also illegal to drive at 31mph through a village or 71mph anywhere in Britain. But they're hardly worth persuing when theres much worse crimes being committed.
The speeding one does annoy me actually - even 3/4/5mph over the limit is barely anything, but they'll still fine and point you for it, ridiculous imo.
