More boost increases the cylinder pressure
Cylinder pressures can still be high at 20MPH. Also having a turbo that can flow more air at less pressure will cause lower cylinder pressures than a smaller one which needs to compress it more and therefore raise the cylinder pressure and intake temperature.
So essentially I am correct :dance:
