They have just done a very careful job of it by the looks of it! The mark on the left would have been used to hit it with a screwdriver downwards to unscrew it, and then it would have been refitted finger tight and the mark on the right would have been from hitting that side down with a screwdriver to tighten it. Get that turbo turned up to match the fuelling and your onto a winner
