Sounds like it's quite healthy to be turning out more than standard with only a ss pipe on it after 100k, must have been well cared for. I remember putting a 3.0 V6 Alfa I had on the rollers, should have had 175 bhp and it gave 81 bhp

Timing was out, it was running rich and burning a litre of oil every 5-600 miles though...
