Not had one on since I changed turbos right after FCS, intake doesn't fit and I couldn't be bothered to make it, plus it looses the stupid restrictive inlet pipe which can only be a good thing, probably need to sort something out at some point but i'm sure it will be fine 
Also, pointing a 90* bend from the turbo down
hock: how is being closer to the floor going to help? 
I would want it further from the floor if anything so it can't suck up shite from under the car/off the road/thrown up by the wheels!!
TBH the only thing that scares me having no intake is water from the front wheels being sucked in when there are massive puddles everywhere but hasn't been a problem yet so I'm not too worried.
Plus...........the noise on boost is epic.................... :dance:
