Yes please read up on the subject and be educated.
This is why LPG systems do about 10% lower fuel economy as they use 10% more fuel to get the same value of calories in the charge.
Piggyback LPG kits work by reading the petrol injector signal and adding 10% to that value for their own injection.
It wont be running rich, look at cars that run on methanol, their mixture is very wet at about 6:1
