As said I think you just need to see how you feel about her, if you still trust her, love her and want to be with her. I know a married couple who have been through some VERY rocky times when similar things happened...it's taken about 7 months to sort everything out but they've stayed strong together because they know how much they love each other and want to be with each other. If anything, things like this can sometimes make relationships stronger but you are the only one who can decided and will know if she's truly sorry and won't do it again, have been with her long enough to know if she's being honest or not.

Ultimately you're the only one who knows her well enough to know if she's being honest, and it's up to YOU if you want to give her a second chance. My opinion is you should have a good ol think about it before doing anything you may regret.
