The next question you need to ask yourself is is the amount you argue normal? And if not, is it going to change, and what needs to happen to make it change.
It's a tough spot she's put you in, but the fact she's actually confronted you about it suggests she really is sorry and wants to make it better, and doesn't want to lose what you two have...
Have a think mate, at the end of the day everyone will have a different take on the situation, and there is no wrong answer, but it's not a decision someone else can make for you.
I would have a good old think about it and dwell on the first two questions at the beginning of the post, and then have a chat with her....
